Principal's welcome message

하나님께서 주신 우리 자녀들에게는 각자 특별한 탤런트가 있습니다. 교육자에게 주어진 가장 중요한 

책임 중에 하나가 그 탤런트를 발견하여, 개발해주고, 하나님께 쓰임 받을 수 있게 준비해주는 것이라고 

봅니다.

자녀들에게 주어진 탤런트를 개발하기 위해서는 현재 사용하는 전통적인 교육방식으로서는 불가능합니다. 

교사 위주로 개선된 교육 방식에서 학생 위주로 변화되어야 합니다. 그러기 위해서는 개별학습이 실행되어야 

합니다. 개별학습은 학생 개개인의 학습 속도에 맞추어서 진도가 나갑니다. 한 단계를 공부하면서 여러번의 

평가와 연습을 통하여 학생은 완벽한 학습을 하게 됩니다. 이렇게 학생은 지식을 하나씩 쌓아가면서 다음 

단계를 준비하게 됩니다.

하나님께서 우리에게 맡기신 귀한 자녀들, 그들에게 하나님께서 주신 말씀 안에서 바른 교육을 가르칠 책임이 

있습니다.

God has given each one of our children a very special talent.
As teachers, one of the most important jobs is to find that talent and help to nurture it,

so that each can be used for His purpose.

However, the traditional teacher-oriented teaching method does not allow room for talent

revealing and development. The teacher-oriented teaching method has to transition to

student-oriented teaching method.       

Individualized Learning method allows for students to learn at their own pace. While student

progresses through each unit of the subject, he or she is evaluated and tested several times

to ensure that student undeerstands the contents of each unit. Thus, students start to build

foundation of knowledge, which he or she takes to higher grades.

The precious children that God has entrusted us with, we have obligation to educate them in the

right manner that pleases God.
